Principle and application

The equipment is a full automatic laser coiling machine for cylindrical electric cell, mainly used in the production of cylindrical electric cell. According to the requirements of the cell production process, the positive and negative electrode sheets are laser die-cut to the shape of the pole ear (or the full pole ear), and then the membrane is automatically wound into the product through the winding device. In the process of winding, the alignment degree of the battery cell and the tension of the pole and diaphragm are controlled by the correction control system and tension control system. After the winding of the battery cell, it goes through the finishing glue, hot holes, pre-shaping of the two ends of the battery cell (depending on the process), short circuit test, appearance and size detection, bad product removal, code scanning and uploading, and finally unloading through the conveyor belt.
