This equipment is mainly used for the forming of negative electrode sheets in the stacking process of power lithium batteries (continuous coating process). The operator installs the electrode roll onto the unwinding inflation shaft of the equipment, and the equipment automatically unwinds. The deviation correction mechanism automatically corrects the unwinding process, and the unwinding tension is controlled by the tension control system. After CCD defect detection, the material pulling mechanism transports the sheet to the cutting position for laser cutting and tab forming. The sheet is then conveyed by a conveyor belt for size inspection, followed by powder brushing detection (both sides).   1. Full laser die-cutting for negative electrodes reduces model changeover costs from the original 50,000 RMB to 500 RMB. Traditional mold usage costs include: 50,000 RMB per set of molds, 15,000 RMB per set of cutting blades, 10,000 RMB for 10 mold repairs, with a service life of 10 million cycles. Calculated per sheet, this amounts to 0.0075 RMB.

  • Special design of inflation shafts reduces friction with rolls, saving effort and time for quick and convenient material replacement
  • Servo motor-driven automatic unwinding controlled by programs, calculating changes in roll diameter through algorithms to judge material depletion. When the roll is exhausted, the machine alarms and stops automatically.
