Main functions of fixture

Configure power supply

Voltage AC380±10%, power supply charging and discharging power 15kW, maximum heating power 19kW (starting from room temperature heating to the target temperature process), heating power 6.5kW during insulation.

Pressure control

The servo motor with the pressure sensor to achieve multi-stage pressure control, a single fixture can adjust the pressure range of 200kg.f ~ 2000kg.f; Pressure ≥1000kg.f; Pressure accuracy ±1%, pressure ≤1000kg.f, pressure accuracy ±10kg.f.

Leakage current protection

If the leakage current exceeds 200mA for more than three times, turn off the input power supply of the switching power supply

Charge overvoltage protection

When the system inspects the battery during battery charging, the battery stops charging when the battery voltage is higher than the upper limit

Device power failure protection

If the communication is interrupted for a long time or the PC is faulty, the device automatically enters the waiting state. After the communication is restored, the current process continues

Formation data store

The software can store the corresponding data for more than 30 days, the software scanning frequency is less than 30S, and the scan value is saved every 2 minutes. The value time can be set by itself. The software displays the curve according to the voltage and current, and the software can view the detailed data of the battery
