Principle and application

● Multiple measurement system: wet & dry thickness of foil and electrode;
● Specially developed motion control system, the accuracy of tension control:
≤± 1N, and the foil is more stable at high speed operation;
● Micron-level precision and closed-loop adjustment mechanism for the gap
between the coating nozzle and the back roller;
● The uniformity of the lateral wind speed of each single nozzle ≤ ± 1.5%, and
the uniformity of the wind speed of each single oven ≤± 3%;
● Temperature uniformity of each single oven≤ ± 1.5%
