Principle and Application

This fully automatic laser coiling machine is designed specifically for the production of cylindrical electric cells. After completing the winding process, the battery cell undergoes several critical steps: finishing glue application, hot hole treatment, pre-shaping of the cell ends (as per the production specifications), short circuit testing, appearance and size inspection, defective product removal, and code scanning for data upload. Finally, the finished products are efficiently unloaded via a conveyor belt.
