    Main functions of fixture
    • Provide the pressure required to compress the battery cell, which can be set arbitrarily within the allowable range. Integrated alarm for exceeding pressure limits.
    • Press the electrode to ensure a reliable connection between the electrode and the circuit.
    • Ensure that the battery is upright when it is formed, with the air bag facing up.

    Pressure control

    Servo motor with pressure sensor for multi-stage control. Single fixture adjusts from 200kg.f to 2000kg.f.

    Leakage current protection

    If leakage current exceeds 200mA for more than three times, the system automatically turns off the switching power supply input.

    Charge overvoltage protection

    System monitors battery during charging; stops immediately if voltage exceeds the defined upper limit.

    Device power failure protection

    Automatic waiting state during long communication interruptions or PC faults. Process resumes automatically after restoration.

    Formation data store

    Stores data for over 30 days. Scanning frequency <30S, saving values every 2 minutes (user-definable). Displays voltage/current curves and detailed battery data.
