Product performance description:

1. This equipment is the first of its kind in China, which is mainly used for cutting and forming sheet polarizer, and then collecting and processing by manipulator;

2. The feeding part adopts the automatic feeding of the material box logistics line, segmented control, which can store materials and adjust the position function;

3. The grasping part of the manipulator is composed of a translation module, a lifting module and a suction cup, which has the function of cylinder buffeting and blowing air to prevent heavy pieces;

4. After the material is taken out of the original material box, there is secondary positioning, accurate alignment through the alignment platform and CCD vision, and timely straightening the Angle;

5. Use the low viscosity bottom film as the base to turn the sheet into coil material, and send the material to the cutting tool through several groups of traction mechanisms. Working principle: When working, after the CCD detects material defects, the positioning optical fiber feeds back a signal to the CCD software. After analysis and processing, the signal is fed back to the labeling machine PLC to output I/Q signals to the labeling machine, driving the motor to run and wind up. The label outlet starts to output labels. The brake component controls the tension. The label uses a through-beam photoelectric switch for penetration detection and positioning, and the color mark sensor captures and senses the missing label state.

This machine uses a special friction plate to control the unwinding tension to ensure the tension stability and relaxation degree of the tape roll at any speed and roll diameter, ensuring normal label output without excessive labels, flying labels, or slanted labels, and at the same time ensuring the accuracy of the labeling position.

When the start I/O signal exceeds the label output frequency, an alarm is prompted to ensure the effectiveness of labeling. When a start I/O signal is received, an I/O output signal can be immediately fed back to the upper computer to show timely response. The I/O input frequency can be recorded simultaneously.
